About Me

One of my passions has always been sports. I've played 8 different sports, competing from the community level all the way to the national stage. Of course, the multitude of constantly being physically active at high intensities resulted in numerous injuries. For 9 years now, I have had injury after injury; rehab after rehab. Even now, I question whether I'll ever be fully recovered.

I'm not alone. Thousands of people, young and old, struggle to regain their original functionality every year.

That's why I'm chasing a career where I can empower those who feel incapacitated. Because everyone deserves to live life to the fullest.

Integrity

Integrity to me means holding yourself to higher standards and putting in the work even when no one is watching. It means being honest and setting realistic but attainable goals. I aim to incorporate patient needs and wants into the services I provide.

Perseverance

I have learned perseverance through the many setbacks I've had in life. It is highly commendable to keep working towards your aspirations, despite how hard it is or how many times you get knocked back. This mindset can carry someone through hardships. I like to think, "Why not try one more time"?

Collaboration

Collaboration means allowing the patient to have a say in their treatment and working together to create options that best suit the patient's wants and needs. Additionally, this means working with other professionals to provide coherent service for the patient.

"Don't think of cost. Think of value."

"Making one person smile can change the world - maybe not the whole world, but their world."

"Who am I to judge when I myself walk imperfectly."
